What to include
- The RFPlease page URL.
- The solicitation number and agency.
- The official source URL.
- What appears incorrect, stale, duplicated, or missing.
- A screenshot or amendment link when useful.
Where to send it
Use the contact channel published by RFPlease for support or data corrections. Until a dedicated correction form is available, include the phrase 'data correction' and the solicitation number in your message.
Urgent bid questions
Contact the contracting agency directly for submission, deadline, amendment, protest, or eligibility questions. RFPlease cannot change an agency record or accept a bid.
