Oakland Animal Services is Oakland’s only “open admissions” shelter: We accept all of Oakland’s homeless, injured, orphaned, unwanted, lost, abandoned and mistreated animals, regardless of age, breed, temperament or medical condition. Awarded proposer must have an active City of Oakland business license and meet the City’s insurance requirements. The award resulting from this RFQ will be for a five-year (5) period. The City of Oakland invites your firm to submit a bid to fully provide the goods and or services described herein. This Request For Quotation and any subsequent contract award will be in strict accordance with the documents identified below: Offeror should check and be sure that they have received all documents and should follow the instructions contained within this RFQ when preparing their bid.
