The City is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from Respondents to establish a qualified pool of underwriters and commercial paper dealers for the City’s bond issuance and commercial paper programs (Pool) to meet the Investment Banking needs of the City for a period of five (5) years, beginning April 1, 2021, through March 31, 2026 with up to two (2) optional one (1) year extensions at the sole discretion of the City. Respondents who are in the current Pool must reapply to this RFSQ to be placed in the new Pool.
