The County of Los Angeles, Executive Office (EO) of the Board of Supervisors, Quality and Productivity Commission (QPC), is soliciting for a qualified contractor to analyze the current Strategic Plan and initiate the planning and development of the 2027-2032 Strategic Plan for the Commission’s review and approval. The resulting Strategic Plan should align the Commission’s vision, values and purpose to Board priorities, addresses mission-critical programs, goals and objectives. Vendors interested in this Request for Services (RFS), must also respond to the Request for Qualifications (RFQ). Qualifying vendors will be issued a Consulting and Professional Services Master Agreement (CAPSMA). To be considered for a CAPSMA, vendors are required to submit responses to both the RFQ and the RFS. The required RFQ and RFS documents are attached for your convenience.
