The proposal must include manufacturers’ name and manufacturer’s product number/identifier. The award resulting from this RFQ will be for a five-year (5) period. Please see the RFQ Bid Packet document for item specifications and other important information. The City of Oakland invites your firm to submit a bid to fully provide the goods and or services described herein. This Request For Quotation and any subsequent contract award will be in strict accordance with the documents identified below: Offeror should check and be sure that they have received all documents and should follow the instructions contained within this RFQ when preparing their bid.
